TransContainer IFRS net profit falls 11% to 8 bln rbl in Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Aug 29 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian railway container operator TransContainer fell by 11.1% on the year to 8.1 billion rubles in January–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Monday.

Revenue rose by 16.63% to 79.32 billion rubles. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 12.2% to 19.033 billion rubles.

The company’s assets increased 11.11% to 156.909 billion rubles.
